Horrible service employees don’t want to follow the process correctly and have you call customer service only to have them send you back to the store. I was placed on a vertical call by the store manager, he left me there unattended, when the agent on the computer asked to speak with him he and two other employees were taking care of one client. 3 people for one client, the call dropped and still the issue the store employee created was not resolved.

We had a great experience at this store today, not sure why all the negative reviews. The gentleman that greeted us when we arrived was very polite. Jose Perez was the representative who helped us and he was awesome! He was quick and efficient considering we purchased 3 new phones and a tablet and had to transfer from the old phones. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Great customer service! We'll definitely be back to this store for any future xfinity needs.

Mauricio and Laura and some spanish girlt are all super rude and didn't want to help and told me I had to call over the phone because they didn't want to remove charges on my account. It's honestly ridiculous to have people working in a store that barely even speak English. They need to learn how to deal with customers and how to do their job. Mauricio who I assume is the manager is sitting around on his phone talking to the other employees while there's people waiting and it's honestly super disrespectful.

Barely anyone here speaks English and they take forever to attend you. The girl who checks people in has a nasty attitude and rolls her eyes everytime she talks to you. Honestly don't recommend coming here if you want to be helped because everyone stands around talking and no one helps the customers. Couldn't even get a name because everyone is covering their name tags with sweaters but I'd rather deal with the customer service over the phone than this and that says a lot

Xfinity NOW Internet is a complete disaster from start to finish. They sent me three routers for one account, couldn’t explain why, and then forced me to wait at home for a technician who never showed up. What followed was a nightmare of incompetence: dozens of chats, calls, and in-store visits with representatives who clearly have no training, no authority, and no ability to fix anything. The final straw happened in the store. While I was attempting to return the equipment and close the account, an employee (CUBAN, HUSKY, LONG BLACK HAIR) put her hands on me and tried to physically remove me from the store. Instead of apologizing or de-escalating, security was called. Another employee said, “we have cameras,” which is perfect — because the cameras will show exactly what happened. No customer should ever be touched. Ever. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and alarming. This is not customer service — it’s chaos, disrespect, and zero accountability. I experienced similar issues last year that took over a month to resolve, so this is clearly a pattern, not a one-off mistake.
